Optimising protective clothing for potentially endangered occupational groups such as the police or security companies - that is the goal of the "StereoTex" research project at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences. In the project, researchers are currently developing a process that makes it possible to produce stab-resistant protective clothing from a combination of textiles and synthetic resins.

How far can additive manufacturing processes be automated? Ever since industrial 3D printing arrived in the industry, this question has been passionately discussed. Especially during the Covid 19 crisis with the associated supply bottlenecks, calls were made for a realignment of the supply chain. Additive manufacturing also often came into play here, although it requires a higher degree of automation for higher volumes. This was already a hotly discussed topic at Formnext 2021 - but how widespread is automation already in the industry and what solutions are there here?

Currently, there are a few or none marketed gabapentin veterinary products, leading to treatment with compounded dosage forms or off-label use of human-marketed products.

On the crossroads where additional manufacturing meets other innovative industries, many exciting projects unfold. One of these visionary and dynamic combinations is the synergy between 3D printing technology and robotics. An excellent example is the collaboration between Materialise and PAL Robotics on their latest project, ARI.

A sensor speed of up to 26 kHz, a resolution rate of 4,096 measuring points per profile and a data interface for 3D sensors according to the latest standard: the cx4090HS is the first sensor module of the new C6 series from AT - Automation Technology to complement the modular 3D sensor concept. With a factor of 1.8, the module is almost twice as fast as the previous 4K models of the C5 and MCS series, so that the measurement possibilities in the 3D area thus reach a completely new level.
