Asiga is a partner in Henkel's Open Materials Platform. Together, the companies aim to accelerate the use of additive manufacturing in various industries with production-ready, precise and functional 3D-printed components. Henkel offers a portfolio of high-performance photopolymers for the 3D printing industry. The company develops and markets a range of light-curing resins that enable extremely fast production of series components with numerous different properties - from high impact strength to high flexibility, but also with high heat resistance and other functionalities for special applications.

We are proud to announce the expansion of our partnership with InterPRO Additive Manufacturing Group, a service bureau located in Deep River, CT. With InterPRO’s recent acquisition of an Origin printer, they have entered the DLP space with access to Henkel’s portfolio of photopolymer resins. Together with InterPRO, we are working to further the adoption, acceleration, and commercialization for industrial additive manufacturing applications.

As part of their ongoing collaboration for 3D printing applications in the dental industry, Keystone Industries (Keystone) and Henkel have developed KeyModel Ultra. This next generation of 3D dental modeling resin offers a new level of accuracy, detail, and speed. KeyModel Ultra is formulated for rapid printing and fast post curing and is also designed to reduce peel forces, which increases print accuracy.

Aluminium Materials Technologies and The Advanced Materials and Processing Laboratory (AMPLab) at the University of Birmingham collaborate to further the understanding in the metallurgy of additively manufactured high strength, high temperature A20X aluminium alloy.

Indaver, a leader in sustainable waste management, and INEOS Styrolution, global leader in styrenics, are set to team up as technology partners in a project funded by the EU LIFE programme, the European Union’s funding instrument for the environment and resource efficiency. The project, which is planned for a duration of four years, will demonstrate the production of ABS[1] based on recycled feedstock.

Every application has its own needs, and we are here to support your journey towards additive manufacturing at industrial scale. LOCTITE offers a broad material portfolio of general purpose, high impact, high temperature resistant and elastomeric resins for a variety of leading DLP systems. We work with industry leaders and equipment manufacturers to ensure our materials are validated within a qualified industrial workflow.
