• Slimline design with a price to match: Allrounder 720 E Golden Electric

• Digitalisation: Host computer system, customer portal and remote service
• Solution provider Arburg: Comprehensive support and services

Mecspe in Bologna is Italy's leading trade fair for the manufacturing industry. From 5 to 7 March 2025, Arburg and its sales partner Guberti will be at Stand B34 in Hall 36 presenting the new electric Allrounder 720 E Golden Electric, whose slim design and attractive price are sure to impress. The second exhibit is a TiQ 2 3D printer from innovatiQ. In the "Service Corner", trade visitors can find out more about genuine spare parts, maintenance contracts and training courses. The Arburg experts will also be providing advice on all aspects of digitalisation.
Raffaele Abbruzzetti, Managing Director of Arburg Srl., will be focusing on the topics of sustainability, digitalisation and cost efficiency and says: "We are a provider of complete solutions – customers benefit from our comprehensive services and technical advice, especially in the current dynamic market conditions. If you are looking for new industries and solutions and want to stay ahead in the future, you should come and have a chat with us at Mecspe."
Allrounder 720 E Golden Electric
The exhibition highlight is an Allrounder 720 E Golden Electric. This electric injection moulding machine, with a clamping force of 2,800 kN and injection unit 800, extends the product range of the eponymous electric series upwards. Its main advantages are its streamlined design and price.
The exhibit is equipped with a 16-cavity hot runner mould from Ewikon, which features new lateral needle-type shut-off technology, making it possible to achieve compact mould dimensions without compromising on the number of cavities. This is of particular interest for the efficient series production of small parts, such as those used in the medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and packaging sectors. The production of thin-walled medical test tubes made of PS will be demonstrated at Mecspe by way of example.
Moving into industrial 3D printing
At Mecspe 2025, a TiQ 2 will be demonstrating the 3D printing of robotic grippers made from carbon fibre nylon material. The fused filament fabrication (FFF) process can also be used to reliably process fibre-reinforced materials. The TiQ 2 is particularly economical and, thanks to its open material system, an ideal choice for those looking to successfully move into additive manufacturing. The 3D printer is perfectly suited to the fast, flexible and cost-effective production on demand of resilient grippers, devices and other operating equipment.
Advice on digital products and services
In the "Digitalisation Corner", Arburg experts will be on hand to advise on how production can be digitally planned, optimised and controlled using the Arburg host computer system, for example. An innovative feature of the arburgXworld customer portal is "Ask ARBURG", an AI-supported app that provides easy access to Arburg's extensive expertise. The Arburg Remote Service ARS will also be on show.
Arburg's trade fair stand will be rounded off by its consulting services in the "Service Corner", focusing in particular on "Transition 5.0", an important topic in Italy. This measure offers tax benefits to companies investing in both environmental and digital transformation.
