A New Dimension for Additive Manufacturing

Unlocking the full potential of additive manufacturing for the factory of the future

Prototype showcase marks next step in development partnership between BigRep and Bosch Rexroth

Fully 3D printed NEXT AGV for automated manufacturing to be presented

XJet Ltd. has announced its participation in the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) conference from March 31st – April 4th, where it will unveil a new application made possible with its NanoParticle Jetting™ (NPJ) technology for the first time. The company also promises to add some magic to proceedings with live demonstrations – as-yet unseen in the USA – and joins the conference program in a presentation and roundtable discussion.

• Preform tool produced in less than sixty hours using Stratasys F900 Production System and ULTEM™ 1010 resin, significantly less than the four weeks typically required using conventional manufacturing methods
• Compared to CNC machining using aluminum, IDEC saved 67% costs

Sintratec is now also represented by a new partner in Italy. With the experienced industrial partner CMF Marelli, the Swiss manufacturer of precise 3D printers now has a foothold in the middle of the important northern Italian market. At the end of March, Sintratec and CMF Marelli will be exhibiting together at the Mecspe trade fair in Parma.

Critical Manufacturing is helping high-tech manufacturing companies optimize efficiency, enhance quality, reduce costs and make their businesses more agile with its ground-breaking Manufacturing Execution System (MES). It will be showcasing the enormous capability of this modern, Industry 4.0 ready, modular system at this year’s Hannover Messe from 1st to 5th April.
