The global dental 3D printing market size is expected to reach USD 9.7 billion by 2025, according to a new report by Grand View Research, Inc., progressing at a CAGR of 29.3% during the forecast period. Rising prevalence of tooth conditions is resulting in increase in tooth replacement surgeries. This, coupled with growing global geriatric population and surging demand for customized dental 3D printing solutions, is providing a significant push to the market. Increasing collaborations by key players and growing awareness among consumers are also likely to help the market gain tremendous traction over the coming years.

According to the New Research Report by TMR, the global 3D printing market will rise at an impressive 18% CAGR between 2017 and 2025. At this pace the market will reach US$32.3 bn 2025 from US$7.3 bn in 2016. The global 3D printing market is still at its budding stage hence with the entry of new players the competition is likely to get fiercer in the coming years. Already for the 5th time the international inkjet community comes together at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Düsseldorf/Neuss. Ceresana examined the global carbon black market already for the third time. “We expect a positive development of demand until 2025”, says Oliver Kutsch, CEO of the market research company: “Then, total consumption is likely to amount to over 15 million tonnes of carbon black.”

Polyurethanes (PUR) are plastics resulting from a polyadditional reaction of polyisocyanates with polyols and are either hard and porous or soft and elastic depending on its production. Different kinds of PUR are needed for reactive, thermally activated, hot melt, dispersion, and solvent-borne adhesives. These adhesives are for example used to bond car front spoilers, sandwich constructions, and facade elements, to glue metal brackets, or to seal electronic casings. PUR Sealants are particularly utilized in the transport industry as well as in the construction industry for window joints, and sealing of windows, pipes, and more. The market research company Ceresana analyzed the global market for adhesives and sealants based on PUR in detail. Until 2024, Ceresana expects an increase in revenues generated with these products to over USD 9.7 billion. Adhesives and sealants based on other products are NOT included in this study.
